Supply chains can get amazingly complex and when it comes to transforming supply chains it is an interesting challenge to bring the various pieces together (from demand planning & forecasting to production planning, network design, procurement, logistics & service) to deliver value

I have had the opportunity to be a part of some of these projects and one thing I realized is there is always more. This is a challenging and evolving field and there is always an opportunity to learn more and this learning drives my passion. This blog is a humble attempt to explore further on what I have learnt and in the process share what I know.
